Welcome to Al Mashamea AC Services website. By using this website or requesting any of our services, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions:

1. Scope of Services

The company provides the following services:

  • AC Maintenance
  • AC Cleaning
  • Refrigerant Refilling
  • Fault Repair
  • AC Installation and Removal
  • Periodic Maintenance Contracts

Services are executed according to previously agreed details including device type, number of units, fault nature, and price.

Any additional work not included in the initial agreement will only be performed after customer approval with additional charges.

2. Inspection and Price Determination

The price may be determined initially via phone or WhatsApp based on the customer's description.

In some cases, a technical inspection is required to determine the final cost.

The company has the right to modify the price if additional faults not previously mentioned are discovered.

3. Payment Policy

The agreed amount must be paid upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed.

For special spare parts, an advance deposit may be required.

If the order is cancelled after the technician arrives at the site, the company has the right to charge inspection or travel fees.

4. Customer Responsibility

The customer must:

  • Provide a safe power source at the work site
  • Ensure access to both indoor and outdoor units
  • Disclose any previous faults or work done on the device

The company is not responsible for faults resulting from unsafe electrical extensions or poor installation by others.

5. Limitation of Liability

The company commits to exercising professional care during service execution.

The company is not responsible for faults resulting from misuse or natural device aging.

If a direct technical error by the company is proven, liability is limited to re-repair without charges and does not exceed the service value provided.

6. Warranty

The company provides limited warranty on maintenance or repair work covering only the same fault that was fixed.

The warranty does not cover new faults or faults resulting from external factors such as power fluctuations or misuse.

7. Spare Parts

Original or high-quality alternative spare parts are used according to customer agreement.

Warranty on spare parts is subject to supplier or manufacturer conditions if applicable.

8. Appointments and Delays

An approximate visit time is scheduled.

Delays may occur due to traffic or unforeseen circumstances, and the customer will be notified of any delays.

9. Service Cancellation

The appointment can be cancelled or modified 4 hours before the scheduled visit without charges.

In case of late cancellation or non-presence at the site, the company has the right to charge travel fees.

10. Website Usage

All content (texts, images, logos) is owned by the company and cannot be copied or used without written permission.

Using the website for any illegal purpose is prohibited.

11. Privacy

The company is committed to protecting customer data and not sharing it with any third party except where required by law or to execute the requested service.

12. Amendments

The company reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued service requests constitute implicit acceptance of the updated terms.
